Welcome to Zoology and Environmental Science 2nd Weeks!

Hey everyone. Welcome to the 3rd nine weeks of the 2022-2023 school year. This quarter I will be teaching ACT Science, Marine and Aquatic Science, and Zoology. Schoology will be the major resource tool for my classes. Everything we do in class will be found in Schoology from bellringers which will be ACT related, assignments, quizzes/tests, and resources and videos that will help you learn. This website will be used to supplement Schoology by posting important information for my classes and other important information concerning the school and athletics.

               Bachelors Degree at The University of Mississippi (Elementary Education)

               Masters Degree at The University of Mississippi (Curriculum and Instruction)

Personal Info:

I am a graduate of Desoto County Schools, Hernando High, and started my first 6 years of teaching at Desoto County Schools with time spent at Southaven Middle, Horn Lake High, and Hernando High. I am a coach of multiple sports, and because of this, I have worked in many school districts this past couple of years before having the opportunity to return home and teach and coach at Lake Cormorant High last year. This year I will be teaching multiple science classes and continuing my coaching career as an assistant football coach and head track and field coach. I look forward to having a great year.
